Yes, single item purchases from Japan are included in the promotion. However, please note that bundled items shipped from Japan are not eligible for the discount.
Why isn't the code working even though it's May 29?

The coupon will expire one (1) day after issuance. Taxes and the Buyer Protection Fee are calculated based on the original item price.
