THESE OFFICIAL RULES GRANT US CERTAIN RIGHTS AND LICENSES, PROVIDE US CERTAIN INDEMNITIES, WAIVE CERTAIN OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AND LIMIT OUR LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS TO YOU. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize: $150

Total ARV of all prizes: $450. ("Giveaway")

Limit one prize per individual. Mercari reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value with a $150 Mercari promotional credit. All federal, state, local, and other tax obligations arising from #hello82xmercari, including, without limitation, winning a prize, will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be a legal U.S. resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia aged 18 or older as of the date of entry and have an active Mercari account. Employees of Mercari, Inc. ("Sponsor"), hello82, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family (parents, siblings, children, and spouses of each, wherever located) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins on October 17, 2026 and ends on November 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Giveaway Period").

How to enter

You can receive an entry ("Entry") by doing the following:

1. Creating a new listing or updating an existing listing during the Giveaway Period to include the hashtag #hello82xmercari in the listing title or description;
2. Keeping your listing active and posted during the Giveaway Period (your item may be sold during the Giveaway Period and still qualify as a valid entry);
3. Listings in any Mercari category are eligible. The item does not need to be K-pop, music, entertainment, or event-related.

You will receive one (1) Entry for each eligible new listing or existing listing updated during the Giveaway Period to include #hello82xmercari. There is a maximum of ten (10) Entries per individual across all entry methods.

For a listing to be eligible to receive an Entry, it cannot be:

• Deleted by you during the Giveaway Period
• Deleted by Mercari during the Giveaway Period for violation of Mercari Terms of Service
• Deactivated by you during the Giveaway Period
• Flagged or removed by Mercari as non-authentic, fraudulent, or in violation of Mercari Terms of Service

Alternate method of entry (mail-in entry)

You may also enter the Giveaway by sending a postcard with your handwritten first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and the email address associated with your active Mercari account to:

You will receive one (1) Entry per individually mailed postcard. There is a maximum of ten (10) Entries per individual across all entry methods. Each postcard must be postmarked by November 18, 2026, and received by November 23, 2026.

Drawing

Winners will be selected during a random drawing on or around November 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Three (3) winners will be selected and contacted via Mercari email, in-app notification and push notification by November 24, 2026, and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize.

To claim a prize, winners must submit the provided claim form with:

• Full legal name
• Valid shipping address
• Confirmation of acceptance of prize terms and conditions

Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winners who do not respond within seven (7) days will forfeit their prize, and Mercari may award the prize to an alternate winner.

The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Mercari will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

Winners will be required to execute prize claim documents as requested by Mercari, and a valid Mercari account is required to claim the prize. By entering this Giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Mercari, which shall be final in all matters.

Limitation of liability

By entering this Giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold Mercari, hello82, their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, and employees ("Promotion Parties") harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes.

If, in Mercari's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Mercari reserves the right to cancel or modify this Giveaway in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the winning Mercari account.

Winners' information and social media

Winners may be announced and shared on Mercari's official social media accounts. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree that personal data provided during the promotion, including their Mercari username and listing information, may be used by Mercari for administrative purposes and promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

Tax responsibility

All federal, state, local, and other tax obligations arising from the #hello82xmercari Giveaway, including, without limitation, winning a prize, will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Choice of law and forum; waiver of class action and jury trial

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS TO THE SERVICE OF PROCESS OF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED COURTS IN ANY SUCH LITIGATION BY THE MAILING OF COPIES THEREOF BY CERTIFIED MAIL, POSTAGE PREPAID, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, TO SUCH PARTY'S ADDRESS. SUCH SERVICE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE 10 DAYS AFTER SUCH MAILING.

THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS WILL BE ADJUDICATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND EACH WAIVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR OTHER JOINT ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIMS.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.
