Go to ‘settings’. Click ‘coupons’ and apply the coupon to your wallet. You can only apply the coupon once during the promotional period and it will expire two days from issuance.

FAQs
I'm receiving an error message when applying the promo code. What does it mean?
- "This code has already been used": Any Offers or purchases in progress will claim the coupon – check your existing offers and adjust as necessary. Remember the code can only be used once.
- "Coupon code already redeemed. Coupon will auto-apply if eligible": Your 10% off* coupon is in your wallet and available to use on a qualifying purchase.
- "This promotion has not started yet. Please try back later.": Check your local time compared to pacific time.
Do items shipped from Japan qualify for the discount?
Yes, single item purchases from Japan are included in the promotion. However, please note that bundled items shipped from Japan are not eligible for the discount.
Why isn't the code working even though the promo starts today?
The promotion follows Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please check your local time against PST to ensure the promotion has started in your area. For example:

How long is my coupon code active for?

*Official terms and conditions: *Between Saturday 02/21/26 12:00 am PST and Monday 02/23/26 11:59 pm PST (“Promotion Window”), apply promo code FEBFLASH10 to receive a coupon which will be applied to your account for 10% off the item price(s) in a single purchase, excluding taxes and fees. Users are eligible to redeem the promo code one (1) time only. The coupon will expire two (2) days after issuance. Taxes and the Buyer Protection Fee are calculated based on the original item price. The coupon cannot be applied toward bundles that are shipped from Japan (Item Origin: Japan). If a user has their account suspended or limited by Mercari for any reason, including for violating the Mercari Terms of Service, the offer will be revoked and void. The promo code cannot be combined with any other coupons. Offer is not transferable among accounts and may not be duplicated. Promotional Shipping Rate Full Terms & Conditions
These Promotional Shipping Rate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern Mercari’s limited-time promotional shipping rates (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Mercari’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Mercari policies.
The Promotion is valid from February 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT through April 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotional Period”). During the Promotional Period, eligible Mercari users may receive discounted promotional shipping rates on qualifying listings that use Mercari prepaid shipping labels, as described below. The Promotion is available only on the Mercari U.S. marketplace and is void where prohibited. If a listing that is eligible for the Promotion has been sold prior to the end of the Promotional Period, the listing will still be eligible for the promotional shipping rate even if shipped after the end of the Promotional Period.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Promotion, a listing must be either (a) a new listing created on Mercari during the Promotional Period, or (b) a listing created prior to the Promotional Period that is updated and saved during the Promotional Period (including, where applicable, being duplicated or relisted) such that it qualifies under these Terms (each, a “Qualifying Listing”). All listings must comply with Mercari’s Terms of Service, Prohibited Items Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other applicable rules or guidelines. Mercari reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a listing meets the eligibility requirements for the Promotion.
$4.99 UPS/FedEx Promotional Rate
During the Promotional Period, Qualifying Listings that use a Mercari UPS or FedEx prepaid shipping label (Mercari Best Rates: UPS Ground Saver or FedEx Economy) in the 1–5 lb weight classes for shipments 1 cu ft / 22″ longest side or smaller may receive a $4.99 promotional shipping rate per label. This promotional rate applies only to the specified 1–5 lb weight classes and only where these Mercari Best Rates labels are available as a shipping option on Mercari. Promo pricing does not apply to UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery labels.
USPS First-Class Envelope Promotional Rate
Also during the Promotional Period, Qualifying Listings that use an eligible First-Class envelope via a Mercari First-Class envelope prepaid label for trading cards and paper collectibles up to 3 oz may receive a $0.49 promotional shipping rate per label. This promotional rate applies only to shipments that meet the applicable weight, format, and service requirements for eligible First-Class envelopes and is available only where such labels are offered as a shipping option on Mercari.
How the Promotion is applied
Promotional shipping rates are applied automatically at the time a qualifying Mercari prepaid label is purchased for an eligible transaction during the Promotional Period. No promo code, enrollment, or separate activation is required. If a listing, shipment, or label does not meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms, standard Mercari prepaid label rates will apply.
End of Promotion
After April 16, 2026, the promotional rates described in these Terms will no longer be available. Any UPS Ground Saver, FedEx Economy, and eligible USPS First-Class envelope shipments will be charged at the then-current standard Mercari prepaid label rates.
Exclusions and limitations
The Promotion does not apply to local delivery or meet-up transactions, to carriers other than UPS, FedEx, or USPS, or to shipments that fall outside the specified weight, size, or service limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise by Mercari, the Promotion may not be combined with any other shipping discounts, promotions, or coupon offers. The Promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or refunded, except as required by law.
Other shipping terms apply
Standard Mercari prepaid label terms, including any applicable Shipping Protection, continue to apply to all shipments made under the Promotion. Users remain responsible for proper packaging, accurate weight and dimension entry, and compliance with carrier requirements and may incur additional fees.
Abuse, modification, and cancellation
Mercari reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, revoke, or reverse the benefit of any promotional shipping rate in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Promotion, or in the event of any violation of Mercari’s Terms of Service or other policies. Mercari may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or update these Terms, at any time and in its sole discretion, where permitted by law.
